Terms of use
The basic rules for using Coordinate, creating events, making commitments, and working with other members.
Last updated 24 September 2026Using Coordinate
You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for keeping your account secure. Do not use Coordinate to impersonate others, harass people, publish unlawful content, interfere with the service, or organize unlawful activity.
Events and commitments
A Coordinate commitment means that a user intends to participate in the event or action described on the event page. Unless an event clearly states otherwise through separate terms, a commitment on Coordinate is not a payment authorization or a legal contract between Coordinate and the participant.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information, any required permissions, participant safety, and communicating material changes. Reaching the participation threshold confirms that the minimum group has been reached. Registration may remain open until the stated deadline or capacity is reached.
Changes, withdrawals, and cancellations
Participants should withdraw as early as possible when they can no longer attend. Organizers should give clear notice when an event changes or is cancelled. Coordinate may record completion, withdrawal, cancellation, and verification outcomes as part of reliability history.
Trust and verification
Trust scores and organization trust information describe activity recorded on Coordinate. They are not a general character rating, professional accreditation, background check, or guarantee that a person, organization, or event will perform as expected.
Moderation
Coordinate may review reports, restrict content, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect users and the service. Users can report concerns through the available reporting and feedback tools.
Availability
The service may change as features are improved or retired. Coordinate does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and users should keep their own copies of information they cannot afford to lose.
These pages describe the current product behavior in plain language. Before a commercial launch in a specific jurisdiction, the operator should have the final legal wording, retention rules, and contact details reviewed for the laws that apply there.
