How it works

From “someone should” to “we are doing it.”

Coordinate creates a transparent path from an idea to a confirmed, completed event.

1. Create a draft

Define the purpose, timing, location, minimum threshold, maximum capacity, and practical requirements.

2. Publish the idea

The event becomes discoverable in the map and list views according to its visibility settings.

3. People commit

Each commitment moves the progress bar closer to the minimum group needed for success.

4. Reach the threshold

Coordinate confirms the event automatically and notifies the organizer and every committed participant.

5. Complete the event

The organizer confirms completion and attendance. Reliable action becomes part of each member’s trust history.
