Frozen witness

Persons 1–3 (The Frozen Witnesses): Dress in identical neutral clothing (e.g., all black, all grey, or matching business attire). Each holds a distinct, symbolic prop related to your cause: ​For Climate/Ecosystems: An open umbrella held upside down, catching nothing; an hourglass; a globe dipped in black paint. ​For Housing/Cost of Living: An empty plate with a fork and knife, a toy house balanced on a fingertip, a receipt unspooling to the floor. ​For Tech/Privacy: Looking intently into an empty photo frame, holding a blank mirror up to the crowd, or wearing a blindfold while staring at a smartphone. ​Person 4 (The Timekeeper): Wears a subtle wristwatch or timer. Every 3 minutes, Person 4 soft-claps once, and all four statues simultaneously "glitch"—freezing completely still in exaggerated poses for 90 seconds. ​Person 5 (The Curator): Wears a lanyard with an official-looking badge. Instead of handing out standard flyers, Person 5 carries a portable tripod with a framed Museum Placard describing the "artwork."
